W.L. Walker has been a leader and pioneer in the field of hydrocarbon measurement since 1926. The Walker family have been active members of the American Petrolium Institute (API) for more than 70 years. Anne and John have also been involved with teaching classes for the International School of Hydrocarbon Measurement (ISHM) as well as members of the International Liquid Terminals Association (ILTA). All three organizations are important parts of the industry and hold conferences yearly either to write standards for the industry, or to provide members with current and pertinent information related to the hydrocarbon industry.
