In addition to W.L.Walker's verification and calibration services we offer our exclusive "Re-Check" program to help manage your instruments.

The W.L.Walker Company provides re-calibrated replacement instruments based on a calendar driven system that anticipates your annual verification and re-calibration needs. This enables companies to operate continuously without the downtime associated with normal verification and calibration procedures. We are currently providing this service for many major petroleum companies with great success. The following equipment is eligible for this program:

Thermometers	Gauging Tapes
Hydrometers	Plumb Bobs

Re-checked equipment will be sent with proper papers to the field location, or your personnel may send in equipment to be verified or certified and entered into the program. Dates will be recorded for their re-verification/re-certification (hereafter referred to as re-check), at W. L. Walker. At least 4 to 6 weeks prior to the re-check date, contact will be made with personnel and a new set of equipment or a re-cycled set will be sent to the location along with the proper paper work for replacement, at which time the field person will return the old equipment back to W. L. Walker. The equipment will be inspected for defects and wear; if it passes inspection the equipment will be re-checked according to API / ASTM requirements.

If the end users wish only new equipment, they need to inform our liaison, Chris Harkins, when he contacts you with notification your upcoming anniversary.

Attention Recheck Program Facilities--- we have been experiencing a shortage of equipment due to failure to return used equipment to the program. If you have used equipment on hand please send it to us immediately via UPS ground to restock the current inventory. This will help us keep lead times to a minimum--- Thank You!
