Hot water from a vehicle's cooling system can be used to heat this unit, or a thermocycle heater can be attached to provide heat for the unit.
THIS UNIT HAS NO ELECTRICAL PARTS THAT WOULD PRESENT A SPARKING HAZARD.
The filter-regulator gives the operator the option to preset the pressure to the air motor, which controls the speed of the motor. The speed of the air motor can be checked by using a hand held tachometer inserted through an access hole in the lids. The shut-off valve controls the unit and the adjustable in-line oiler lubricates the air motor while in use. The air filter-regulator will reduce the air supply pressure down to the 60 PSI to 90 PSI level to produce the required RPM. Air consumption will range from 3.7 CFM to 7.2 CFM as determined by the use of a two-place or a four-place (see 18426) head.
