For use on the 69550 Isotherm 2000 Compact Portable Electronic Thermometer. Unroll the cable, remove the two screws at the end of the cable that are attached to the grounding position and the insulated post, and remove the old cable assembly. Attach the new cable assembly by screwing in the longer of the two wires to the insulated post and the shorter wire to the grounding position on the body. Rewind the cable and re-calibrate the unit.
