This series of probe and cable assemblies is designed for use with the 69100 Mark II Series Digital Thermometers. They are designed so that the user can replace the probe and cable assembly in the field. The old assembly is easily removed by swinging the cable holder away after removing two screws. The connection for the cable is held firmly into the thermometer box by a threaded seal nut. (Left hand threads). Unscrew this, and pull out the connector inside. Then insert the new cable connector, tighten down the threaded seal nut, swing back the cable holder and replace screws. Unit should be re-calibrated per the Easy-Cal procedure (Please see the "Instruction" section of this web site for a video about the simple calibration process.)
